It's good to know that you like your teammates and the project you work on :) And yes, we offer outsourcing, not out-staffing. Our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. If you don't like the project, you can discuss changing it. Sorry, that some projects didn't match your expectations.

      - Schedule flexibility - Good career perspectives - Ability of remote work - High level English classes - Friendly and responsive people - Paid bench

      Cons

      - Some old projects used really legacy libraries and frameworks (but this was because of the customer needs and budget)

      Thank you for the feedback and for having worked at DataArt for more than 5 years! We’re happy to hear that you liked so many things at the company :) We have to admit that all the projects are very much dependent on a client they’re made for. Generally it looks like many legacy systems in different industries are being revised now, but there’s always a chance to see some old-fashioned technologies when working for an outsourcing company. Though our colleagues can change projects and we encourage them to develop. Anyway we hope that most of your projects were fun!
