Open space is a common practice in all DataArt offices, so yes, you can't escape it. We suggest discussing with a local HR Manager the possibility to move to a more convenient or quite part of it.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with working at DataArt. Will pass the commentaries to the management of the local office to discuss.
Actually, we are quite sure about the fact that colleagues choose the projects by themselves. And it's a surprise that the atmosphere is not friendly and cosy, that's what the colleagues usually state as pros. Probably there was some miscommunication. Anyway, we'll take a closer look at the situation.
