Pros

People, clients, HR at Buenos Aires is AWESOME.

Cons

The office is in the middle of the city, which can be cahotic sometimes, mostly in the morning.

Hi there! Thank you for the feedback. Reading about the glass doors as a con at Glassdoor is really funny :) Open space is a common practice in all DataArt offices, so yes, you can't escape it. We suggest discussing with a local HR Manager the possibility to move to a more convenient or quite part of it.

Pros

- medical insurance paid by the company - possibility to work from home

Cons

- there are very few innovative projects - an employee cannot choose a project to work at, that's a decision managers make without any discussions with an employee - not a friendly and cozy atmosphere at all - lack of resting zones - noisy and stuffy office

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with working at DataArt. Will pass the commentaries to the management of the local office to discuss. Actually, we are quite sure about the fact that colleagues choose the projects by themselves. And it's a surprise that the atmosphere is not friendly and cosy, that's what the colleagues usually state as pros. Probably there was some miscommunication. Anyway, we'll take a closer look at the situation. Thanks once again.
