By the way, gym is not far away. What do you think about moving there? Ask your local office manager about such an opportunity. Most of the projects have mandatory hours, but you can raise the question of rescheduling if it's not convenient for you. Have you tried to discuss it with PM? Regarding the study, everything is based on your personal initiative, that's true. But why is it a con? We have a huge internal educational portal you can start a course anytime. If you want to get an external education, discuss it with project and EDU coordination there is an opportunity for sponsorship if it's required by the project activities. Open space offices are our standard in all DataArt locations. Some floors and parts of the office are usually slightly quieter than others, what do you think about moving to one of them? Just ask your office manager about options. If you are not satisfied with your compensation you can initiate a review through an internal system at any time.
