      - Met some great people there

      Cons

      - No professional development - both in theory and in practice - Salary increase process is difficult and not transparent at all, people are turned down with their requests with no explanation - A so-called flat structure is a nightmare that is convenient only for top managers that don't need to make decisions themselves but rely on multiple committees, that immensely slows any process - A lot of people don't do their job and being kept there only because they joined 10-15-20 years ago and are in good terms with the top management (or even better, their relatives) - Internal systems are obsolete and do not fit such a big company anymore

      Pros

      Various projects across several industries Paid Idle time, employees aren't fired when project is finished Transparent management, information/news are published within company without trying to show only good part.

      Cons

      The company grown, became truly international large enterprise business, preparing for IPO somewhere in the future. Our long time "People First" strategy switched to "Money First".
