      A nice and cozy place to work at, with employee-oriented culture and politics.

      Pros

      A very friendly and cozy atmosphere, adequate and responsive management. A really employee-oriented politics. You could change projects, specializations, learn new technologies, and the management will support you with all of these things.

      Cons

      Maybe, not the largest salary in the region. But the company's atmosphere compensate it :) I think, that it's the only negative thing about the company.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with and learn from. Flexible hours. Healthcare benefits. No bosses in the common sense. Flat organizational structure. Lots of autonomy.

      Cons

      You may end up in a project that you don't enjoy or get a feeling that the thing you are working on is not very important to anyone. But there are usually ways around this. Flat organizational structure.
