      Pros

      Great people, Unique culture and truly supportive management team. Management is more interested in creating a great company, satisfying employees and clients and not into squeezing for profits. The company is growing very quick, added nearly 500 ppl to the company in the last 2 years. Great place to work and they invest in their employees. Probably the best company I have worked for, success is in your grasp without a need to be cut-throat.

      Cons

      Hard to figure out how the company works when you first start, they need a better on-boarding program.

      Pros

      Good salary. Flexible schedule. Opportunity to work from home in case of circumstances or illness. Opportunity to take sick leaves up to 10 days a year. Lots of internal courses, trainings, seminars. Lots of different customers in different countries - great chance to improve language skills! Coffee, tea, cookies, fruits and vegetables!

      Cons

      Rare opportunities to travel to business trips - highly depends on position - almost impossible for developers & engineers.

      Thank you very much for your review! Many good things have been said! As for business trips, you are right, it definitely depends on the role in the project. However, it’s always good to speak to your current mentor to discuss your personal opportunities to travel to the client site.

      Overall very positive, the company is very dynamic and offers a lot of opportunities. Office is nice and light, and colleagues are great people.

      Some lack of career and development guidance.
