      Pros

      Great people working here, good compensation, medical insurance, ability to work from home and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Kharkiv office is not as good, education and professional growth aren't great, career opportunities only for managers.

      You can choose a project Learning processes included Fruits and snacks

      Cons

      Medical insurance is a big issue here: no medicover or luxmed, there is just "tu zdrowie". 90% of the employees was just relocated from Ukraine, as a side effect - you will never get a chance to speak on English or to work in international team.

      Pros

      The work environment is very positive and so far I've been able to have a great work-life balance. Overall the projects seem to be challenging and fun. There's a great variety of healthy office snacks.

      Cons

      Some day to day processes can be seen as bureaucratic (although this is not uncommon in companies this size).
