      Flexible working hours. Remote work options. A lot of freedom in decision-making. Opportunity to switch between projects and explore new things.

      Cons

      All the projects I worked on used outdated technologies.

      Thanks for working with us for more than 3 years :) We appreciate your review. The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.
