It's nice to know that you are satisfied with the conditions and format of work at DataArt. The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.

      Pros

      Nice office environment, overall positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Unorganized structure,no management, no structured approach in the company, C level management that worked for about 20 years in the same place and are not able to look at things from another angle. Under nice advertisment there is mediocre and non- professional management. Russian culture prevails.Giving notices to the employees by violating local legislation.
