      I really love the way I'm treated as an employee and a developer - you can enjoy work-life balance, insurance and local holidays at your location. Compensation is fair as well.

      Cons

      Maybe experience depends on the project you get assigned to, but so far they all were good for me

      Wow! We’ve been together for 9 years — that's incredible! Thank you very much for this and your feedback. We struggle to minimize unnecessary bureaucracy in our working routine. We encourage our colleagues who have unpleasant experiences to speak out to location or project management. We have internal procedures aimed at solving such issues.
