Pros

Nice office environment, overall positive atmosphere.

Cons

Unorganized structure,no management, no structured approach in the company, C level management that worked for about 20 years in the same place and are not able to look at things from another angle. Under nice advertisment there is mediocre and non- professional management. Russian culture prevails.Giving notices to the employees by violating local legislation.

Nice people in non-russian/serbian offices

Cons

Company employed, employes and will employ people from russia. 80% of of all top management from (VP, Solution architects) are russians or people who had a russian passport recently

If you're on a good project your experience will be good

Cons

Company freezed salary review for almost two years now. No relocation package provided. If you're already an employee during relocation you'll lose ton of money
