      Pros

      Flexibility - you can work from home and schedule your day as you want - if that works for the project, which is very important if you have busy life. The company is full of different professionals so if you need help, you can find it within the company as people are helpful as usual.

      Cons

      If you don't have a project they may let you go so its not very easy to leave a project even if you do not enjoy it. They decided to cut costs and therefore the salary raise might not be as good as I was promised in the beginning, neither that easy, even if you have brilliant feedback from the project they might make it very hard for you to have the compensation you deserve.

Feel free to contact your local office administration or HR manager to start your case investigating.       Pros

      Working remotely. Good office. You can find interesting projects there.

      Cons

      Local management is not supportive enough. You need to pass many tech interviews and this is too overwhelming, the first one when you join the company and then you should have interviews with clients. Some projects are stressful.
