      Very friendly and supportive atmosphere, the company really cares about work–life balance. High level of trust in employees, flexible schedule, and full remote options. Colleagues are strong professionals and always ready to help — great team spirit. Wide variety of projects across different technologies and domains, so you can always find something that matches your interests. Active internal community: trainings, meetups, workshops, and mentoring opportunities. Open and approachable management with minimal bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Honestly, I didn’t notice any significant downsides. Like in any outsourcing company, the experience can depend on the specific project.

      Currently, they reduce costs and do not raise salaries even after much time has passed.
