Pros

Flexible hours WFH Friendly colleagues Additional sick days Company helps in tough situations, in case you have serious illness etc.

Cons

Historically, there's no annual salary review procedure. You have to ask for a raise, and if you don't ask, the company will never suggest it. For the last two years, even this nontransparent process doesn't work because there is a freeze. So, when you ask, they still reject you. There is general chaos: it's never clear who is responsible for what. After 25+ years, procedures and processes are messy and still being developed. It's a family company in the worst way. There are a lot of relatives and friends, especially in the Back Office. Some are good, but others would never be hired if not for nepotism (no PC literacy, no English), so be ready to do their job, fix their mistakes and get paid less in the process. There's also a hiring freeze, so when someone leaves, they just divide the work among the remaining staff without additional pay.

Thanks for working with us for more than 4 years! We appreciate your review. Thanks for the comment and highlighting the negative aspects of the work. If you are experiencing bureaucratic difficulties, please contact the HR specialists who work with you. They will probably be able to provide you with the necessary assistance or guidance on your issues. The global market situation is such that different companies are taking measures to protect themselves as much as possible and, as a result, their employees and contractors. If your compensation is not at the market level, it is a good idea to contact your manager or an HR person to sort it out.
