      Chill organization, less workload, Flexible timing

      Cons

      Old managers are satisfying their ego. Manager can insult you in front of office if they want. No training on process and product. Micro management

      The managers are positive I guess

      Cons

      They don't train you and you are immediately forced to jump onto tickets and work on products. The entire team is full of apprentices who are self taught so there is no learning and no support. This is in the Leeds office People need to leave to get anywhere in tech as this ain't right.
