      Unclear medium term strategies, difficult to operate in the day by day world, difficult to transform opportunities in real successes

      Some nice people to work with. Established many 20 ago the company has many clients and a big network of governative agencies.

      Cons

      Really old style, very hard to refresh the employees minds. People only think to do for their self without caring about the final product.
