      Pros

      You can sit in the same place every day doing nothing and they will still pay you

      Cons

      Not meritocratic organization. Very poor management. It's a mix of small factories, resulting in a big disorganized mess. I've passed several months ( almost an year ) doing almost nothing, watching youtube videos.
