      It's not a software company it's like a contractor

      Flexible working hours and working from home is available

      Cons

      they have medical doctors managing the software and the delivery, might they have a good knowledge of the medical business, but they don't have enough software management experience to do it right! If they want to improve their quality of the process they have to hire experienced software manager or senior software project manager has enough managerial skills in the software delivery.

      Work in PR group, it is a great work environment. Great people to work with, it is completely remote and that is a plus. Great salary, healthcare and 401k.
