      It is a great dynamic place to work with lots of energised people who are willing to change the future of work

      Cons

      On the other side you have a chaos and a demand of results with no resources to achieve it that results in 10-14 hours working day

      1. You will learn how SaaS startup world works. 2. There are lots of opportunities to grow. 3. You can be a part of an exponential story and join a rocket ship that is officially the fastest growing startup in history.

      Cons

      1. It is not a calm place to work - the pressure is constant, a lot of responsibility as well. 2. Because of the Deel Speed management often doesn't know where to go, you have to help them getting into the right direction. 3. An exponential growth, unfortunately doesn't mean your compensation will grow the same way.
