      Pros

      Truly fully remote, with genuinely good people across the board. There's a "can do" attitude throughout the company that's infectious. I deliver more in a single month at Deel than I used to deliver in six months at my previous employer. It's an incredible place to learn and grow fast.

      Cons

      The culture is very top-down and high-pressure. Priorities can shift completely at any moment, often triggered by a single ambiguous Slack message from a C-level leader, with little context or warning.
