Toxic environment with zero psychological safety. Joining this org was the worst professional decision I've made. Leadership and team is passive-aggressive and gatekeeping, Everyone seeks to make director happy to get better role/comp, Team leads offer no real support. There's no genuine expertise there; decisions are surface-level, and the most complex deliverable is a ChatGPT wrapper that directly affects people's lives and livelihoods. Reviews are incentivized, they pay for positive ones. Terminations are political, not performance-based. Avoid.

Bad culture, bad medical benefits, push to make all employees experts with AI and AI coding with no training, hr managers in other countries handle US and do not understand FMLA or state laws, pay has been incorrect for 3 months and had to wait days for it to be fixed.
