      Pros

      The True remote nature of Deel as a business model both internally and externally is unmatched. They have proven that micromanaging and having people in the office is no longer a need to be productive and contribute to the growth of the company. Deel Speed is not just a fancy word used for marketing, it is indeed practiced to the 'T'. It can be feedback, implementation, new products, and even growth within the company that can surprisingly happen at 'Deel speed' As a business it might be easy to do business in 150+ countries but to bring people from different countries together under a single vision working together is the main reason for its growth and true meaning of an international company. All I need is proper Wifi and it's a go with Deel.

      Cons

      Del Speed can be a bit too much sometimes but got used to it.

      Deel has been good to me

      Pros

      Good Pay, Flexible work scheduling, fast growth, good managers, a good product that people need. In my experience at Deel we have big goals but the leadership has been so supportive and is willing to dive in and provide solutions. The CEO is very hands on and collaborative, he's innovative and approachable. I feel that this company will shortly be the main player in the Global HR landscape.

      Cons

      Deel is breaking into new territory all the time which presents new and unique problems, you will be asked to stretch and take on big projects. Could be a con if you don't want that.
