      Pros

      I wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Deel for my experience here so far. Working remotely has been a game-changer for me. The flexibility to work from my comfort zone has made a huge difference in my work and lifestyle . The people and the mission at Deel make you feel, like you have a positive impact on other peoples life, which is great. From my perspective, remote work has proven to be exceptionally empowering. It's much simpler to contribute and voice my ideas in virtual meetings than in traditional face-to-face settings. Big props to the company for embracing remote work and creating an environment where everyone's voice matters. Working here has not only boosted my career but also introduced me to some amazing people who are more than just coworkers.

      Cons

      Also, this came up quiet a bit already but I think it was painted too negatively, Deel is full of very talented people who want to move fast, execute well and grow. This place isn't for the wait-and-see crowd – you've got to be ready to dive in, and this to be fair might not match with everyone. But on positive note, hard work and consistency are rewarded, I myself have been promoted twice since I started here and I am not sure I would have gotten the same kind of recognition anywhere else.

      Good Conditions, Bad Culture

      Their conditions are good, salary and perks & benefits are good. Also, the direct managers are great people.

      Cons

      Bad culture, lack of honesty between sales employees. You can cheat and take shortcuts as long as you get to your goals. Also, upper management does not make work easier.
