      I joined Deel 1 year ago and I could not be more happier. Amazing values, great culture and revolutionary product. I am sure we are going to change the live of workers from everywhere!

      Managers without experience and empathy

      Pros

      Remote work You can find a good team even when people is abroad. You don’t have any benefits.

      Cons

      Managers without experience, threaten you if you’re not having a good month in a team meeting, without strategy, they don’t care if you find deals just sending massive messages. I promise you, I don’t wanna be in a company the managers keeps saying that “it’s supposed to be the best” when you don’t even have the experience or most important you’re not even kind and a human being with your team. Changing career path for new employees in less than 3 months. Micromanagement.
