      Pros

      Really nice recruitment and team during the hiring phase. Very open, transparent and clear. Gave me a lot of motivation to join the team and do good work.

      Cons

      None so far but the recruitment stage was really nice.

      Pros

      You get to work with highly skilled and motivated people

      Cons

      Deel fosters an extremely toxic environment where daily practices include insulting, naming, and shaming individuals. Employees suffer from burnouts due to being treated merely as resources rather than valued human beings. The emphasis on quantity of work over quality adds to the strain. The leadership at Deel is inexperienced and lacks the ability to effectively guide the team. They seem to believe that imposing their opinions forcefully is the appropriate approach. The benefits promised, such as "unlimited" PTO, are misleading, as obtaining approval from upper management is a daunting task. The idea of "work from anywhere" lacks flexibility

      Fully remote, High Growth, Energetic, Immense Personal/Professional Growth, High Pressure Environment that forces you to adapt and overcome challenges you probably didn't think you were capable of overcoming

      Cons

      With any remote work culture, it's easy to feel distanced from your colleagues
