      Pros

      Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. One specific person at Deel jumps to your DMs on Slack to ask for positive reviews on Glassdoor. There were no Pros honestly other than the industry itself.

      Cons

      Sick days are counted from total PTO days They terminate people like its nothing no exit package. No benefits. No career growth opportunities. They just change title with no added money. Overworked and they have crazy expectations like you are forced to work weekends etc. overall extremely bad experience and bad place to work. They also hire special needs people just to get inclusion certificate then terminate them later.
