      Deel stands by his remote work policy where the full company is complete remote. It strives to hire only the best employees possible as the world is the limit. People in the company are all driven, hardworking members that unite behind the vision of the CEO to make it THE one stop shop for your employment/HR needs. The style of work is dynamic and can always accommodate any of your needs as it looks as your performance and does not conform to the 8-5 workday. It is very important to Deel to only hire the best as its supergrowth has demanded only excellence from the company. Also feel free to work anywhere in the world!!

      Cons

      Need to make sure you establish a healthy work/personal life balance as it is easy to get sucked into the work since the company is active all the time as there are employees all over the world.

      Couldn't Ask for Much More

      Deel is a company like no other - everyone at this 2,000+ person org has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. The product and speed at which we are launching is fast, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Deel is an incredible place to work - I can't recommend it enough!

      Scalability is something that we are working very hard on achieving, with progress happening every day!
