      - Friendly environment. My managers and peers were extremely supportive and open to sharing knowledge. - Flexible schedule. You can start your working day at any time you want and work from anywhere around the world - Benefits. Health and wellness allowance, Learning allowance and unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - Very fast-paced. You need to keep up with a lot of changes that are done quite frequently

      Pros

      Collaborative, optimistic work environment. Feedback is well received and acted on (its nice having a voice). Solid tech stack, Deel has invested heavily in sales tools. Strong track record of promoting internally. Opportunity for growth/company is constantly innovating and becoming better. The most diverse and global company I've ever seen and its fun getting to visit with people around the world. Most sales jobs suck, Deel doesn't and I highly recommend for someone breaking into sales

      Cons

      Deel is a company where you work hard/play hard. On the sales side, its similar to most other SDR roles and requires lots of prospecting and outreach which can be a grind. Some systems are not fully developed since the company is so new, which is a double edged sword. Its great if you enjoy building, but can be a con if its processes outside of your purview

      Doesnt Get Better Than This

      Pros

      Management and Leadership is Superb. They truly want the best for you and will fight for you to succeed. We are provided with the necessary tools to achieve quota. There is a path to promotion (A competitive one). Genuinely believe the grass isn't greener anywhere else. Top tier work environment.

      Cons

      NAM Sales Org has huge expectations. Can be a tad overwhelming
