I’ve been working in the industry for ~23 years. I’ve never had such a great time like I do at Deel. No bureaucracy in terms of work, working with Slack only, almost no emails, everything happens fast (we even have a core value: “Deel Speed”), development is fast, development changes are done professionally and fast, the employees are very responsive to each other and back each other up, willing to help when someone needs it and request for it. Senior Management is very open minded for new ideas and even implement changes immediately. There is no ego at work at all - everyone is doing anything needed. Employees are treated equally as one of the decision makers. Everyone’s opinion is considered equally. He is going to kill me, but basically, you can send Slack message to our co-founder and CEO, Alex Bouaziz, and actually get an answer, a real honest answer! Good employees are promoted when possible. Since we work remotely, we can ask to work almost at any time is convenient for us and at any place is good for us, as along as the job gets done! Management encourages to have a very good work life balance. Personal time off is respected and people are backing up their colleagues when they are on vacation.
