If you want to get a global exposure and an opportunity to carve your your own career path then this is the place. Flexible work environment. Casual dressing is the order of the day. if you want to be brief and to the point in your presentations then that is not a problem. Good IJP process

Cons

There is bit of politics but that is everywhere. maintain good professionalism and there is nothing to worry.
