Exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers. Strong HR and Internal Support system. Promotion of trainings for addon skills. Flexible work environment. Structured BI and reports.

Cons

Very demanding for numbers. Perfection cost a lost of additional efforts. Very demanding for reports and operational excellence. Policy and procedure varies from time to time and hence need to be revisited every once in a fortnight.
