It's all about Diversity - not about abilities any more. If you are Indian - you can have your run of the place, get fast promotions just by threatening to leave, get moved from India, and say whatever you want without any consequences. Don't believe the hype on the "best place to work" rankings. It's not true. No wonder so many are jumping ship to go to the competition where they pay more, get raises, get bonuses, and value you as a human.
