      pride in delivering high quality, responsive program management, systems engineering and technical assistance in the acquisition of major systems for our federal clients.

      Cons

      The technologies are both leading-edge and revolutionary and incorporate powerful relational data management, web-based portal technology, collaborative processing, knowledge distribution, and seamless access to distributed enterprise data.

      Pros

      Dell is a global company that has been working to rise to that level. A large majority of the people are good people who want to be productive. Benefits are pretty complete and the focus on work flexibility is nice (remote working, etc).

      Cons

      My experience is that Dell is a company that likes constant churn and values quick decisions, which tends to create a flurry of activity without necessarily adding value. The expected hours are sometimes very long and depending on the group you are a part of, the leadership is strained.

      Pros

      Dell offers competitive compensation and benefits packages and a relatively secure sense of job security for those who perform.

      Cons

      Senior leadership seems fragmented in regards to the future direction of the company which results in unnecessary churn at the sales level - both for the sales teams as well as the customers they serve.
