      Long hours. Management disconnected from market and customer realities. during tough times they showed no mercy during layoffs in 2009

      work is very challenging and i get to work on different projects.

      the pace is too fast sometimes, and project design gets compromised because of the pressure to meet deadlines/implementation date.

      Great place for getting paid if you started more than 3 years ago for growth. under the right department, you can also progress with your career

      management is not interested in outside of Dell experience nor are they interested in what you did at Dell before taking on whatever role you are currently in.
