      Peace of Mind Flexibility of timing ( come any time, complete your work) Employee Friendly - Even managers and other senior colleagues are very cooperative and friendly ( approachable) except very senior folks. Unlimited work from home policy

      Cons

      No co-curricular activities or programs Management Politics - Some senior level people will reach up to freshers level and play politics. There is no proper management or control for senior people in approaching juniors.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and vacation time. Beyond that it's just a job. The work load is manageable and there is a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Absolutely no room for moving up. You will be promised a bunch of great opportunities that will never come about. There isn't much support and most of the company above you are outsourced Indians who are grossly incompetent and just make your job much more difficult
