      Loved it, I would go back for the right $$$. I would reccomend anyone right out of college start at Dell.

      Pros

      They train their people well requiring 2 certs a year as part of your performance plan, They require their people to teach others, so you get experiance talking infront of groups. The pay was good and the bonus's were well above competators Overall I loved it and would reccomend to anyone that can get in. If you arnt happy in your roll at Dell they let you move around (change)within.

      Cons

      None other than work life balance but that is a problem industry wide Other companies pay more It is a scarry time with possable buyout

      Pros

      Most sales positions have a work from home program that allows you to work from home 2-3 days a week. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      The HR dept. is a complete joke. If you have a legitimate issue they will sweep it under the rug and tell you to deal with it or to find another job outside the company. You cant apply for other jobs inside the company unless you can find a backfill.
