      Pros

      Having joined Dell in 2010, as it was in the early stage of transforming from a focus on PC business to complete Enterprise Solutions, I've found it to be an exciting and vibrant place to be.

      On-boarding process can be somewhat Darwinian.

      Good company, good onsite opportunities and work life balance is excellent. over all great company to work and environment is good

      increment is average . growth a bit slow and some times it take a bit more time . less project. maintenance kind of more work
