      Fortune 50 company exposes product/entrepreneurial people to an endless sea of opportunity to create innovative products Excellent benefits and flexible work arrangements Opportunity for travel

      There are just too many people and processes, but I feel this culture is changing A lot of concern about layoffs from peers, but I don't seem to be worried at all Some people need to leave Dell to get experience elsewhere, we need new blood to bring more innovation

      The people and culture really make this place what it is. Additionally the strategic initiatives of our ELT are communicated effectively and everyone is on board with the direction of our leadership.

      Cons

      No real downside, very fast paced and changing environment. Adaptability is a must in this climate.
