Pros

Compensation competitive. Lucrative packages when they reduce staff which is always happening. If you like a new boss every few months this is the place.

Cons

Everything is smoke and mirrors. Leadership plays games to stay ahead. Nothing is as it seems. Reorganizing every 6 months as part of the witness protection program.

Coffee shops and cafes onsite.

Cons

Sat for two weeks with no access to the apps necessary to do my job, then was penalized on metrics reporting as a direct result. There is constant turn over- my manager was so new and naïve, she did not have the sense to correct reports to accurately reflect my performance. This place is a circus if you're a temp. Do not expect to be treated ethically or humanely.

Cannot really judge on what are the best things here - my team -my manager -work life balance

Cons

- very slow on-boarding process - zero human interaction on first day -no guidance/advise on benefits, could have been at least optional to talk to a benefits adviser or someone -no social media groups or portals to help new hires(or at-least nothing was mentioned anywhere)
