Team spirit among team members that is definitely making the machine run.
Cons
Chaotic, unbelievable amount of internal tools, not delivering on promises internal and external, feel of going to battle with a pair of glasses (for splash), change of strategy direction on a yearly basis, lack of continuity in terms of services, customers knowingly abusing the system, many department cornered without possible solution to deliver, overwhelming feeling of abandonment between departments.
