      The immediate team Good insurance coverage Free coffee Mental Health Insurance 3 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks of PBA

      Does not pay as much as other companies with similar job descriptions. New hires out of college get paid 30k more than employees who have been there for 5 plus years do. 5 days in office, no flexibility anymore Going toward 9 hours in office, again no flexibility anymore Little to no chance of promotions

      Most people are fantastic in the field

      Cons

      Dell is not a technology company they are at heart a manufacturing company and being thus, they see their employees as nothing more than another cog in their machine. They will spit you out if they can hire a college kid, that has no experience, and then the experienced coworkers who are running the ship, take on more burden to compensate for the lack of knowledge.
