Many of the other non-management folks are great people, and so are the low level managers for the most part.

Cons

- Pay is criminally low - After my immediate leader, management are little better than two-faced politicians. Always promising to make changes/help you when you need it but never actually following through - Pay is awful - The work makes you feel like a sleezy used car salesman, worse than my other sales positions - Pay stinks - They don't pay us enough

401k match. Remote work. Literally nothing else.

Onboarded into wrong role. Manager then changed my job responsibilities and essentially made me his assistant and program manager. Then, I got randomly transferred to another manager that was below my current manager. She was racist and made lots of remarks about my heritage and culture. Thought she had the right to because she "took a DNA test and was x% Asian." When new manager didn't stop, I escalated to original manager. Original manager started trying to compare my issue with BLM and talked about the learning curve in race-related issues. On what world is it okay to forget George Floyd's name and then LAUGH about it? Overall, -5/10. Also, underpays all people who aren't white men. Probably underpays them too.
