      I have worked for EMC for close to 10 years and never ever felt that i am not growing - Personal and career growth - Salary at par with the best in business - ample learning opportunity - a brand to reckon with

      No glaring issues as such.

      Cafeteria is nice. Community service opportunities. Great company if you want no work/life balance. If you work remotely, you are expected to. E available 24x7.

      Cons

      No job security. Cut throat environment by both managers and employees. No growth opportunity. Advancement based on who you know. Internal job posting is a joke. Slots are pre-filled.
