      - Worklife balance is good - Pay and benefit above average

      Cons

      - No career growth and job real opening except for recent grade or collage intern - Some openings are moving out of US, or some are fake for some reasons? - Stock surge but very limited benefit for share with employees

      Pros

      Dell has cool GenAI opps in most groups. NVIDIA is helping to improve Dell away from mostly Intel technologies.

      Cons

      There seem to be layoffs every 3 to 4 months. The danger zone is for I-9s and I-10s. I-10s seem to get hammered every round, and I-9s are a close second. If you have a weak manager, you are in real trouble when layoffs come around every few quarters, and there are plenty of weak managers at Dell.
