Pros

There are decent benefits, but the compensation is nowhere near what it should be for the workload they dump on you.

Cons

If you're a hard-working competent person trying to work your way up from the bottom don't waste your time here. The windows of opportunity have closed in recent years. I've wasted years exceeding goals and jumping through hoops and earned some certs only to be ignored and rejected as far as career advancement.

None. Re-org specially in Education Services take place every 5 months.

Cons

No Career progression. New leaders do not listen but rather show they are better than the previous management even when their plans negatively impact the business outcome. Secrecy, no communication on goals and vision, employees fear and Chaos. What happened to education services?

flexibility with working from home

Cons

History of acquiring companies, then changing the entire culture to an extremely cut-throat atmosphere, laying off majority of former company. You show up to work everyday anticipating a pink slip, which decreases productivity for you and everyone around you. Work insane hours to meet the goal du jour, only for it to be a complete waste the next day when the goal is irrelevant. Constant org changes with no rhyme or reason (likely to hide the fact that they are cutting so many people). "Everyone is replaceable" attitude.
