      It is a great place to learn and gain certification. A good starter company for people new to the industry.

      Cons

      Once you reach about the 5 to 7-year mark, they will continue to elevate you but will not pay you what you are worth, and make a lot of excuses about why. It is this practice that is causing a quiet but painful exodus of Critical incident Managers from Dell.
