Flexibility is much better than it used to be couple of years ago. It should get even better after Covid19. You have a chance to rotate (at least within Finance), try different positions. You have multiple learning & development opportunities. Competitive benefits.

Cons

Work needs to be done, in some positions no backup possible which can be stressful, e.g. if you are/your children are sick. Work-life balance depends on the manager how he/she can evaluate real need for coming requests.

Dream work culture I was looking for, Superb team and coordination. My team and especially my manager always made me feel that I am safe with them, I can beat any challenge and they always be a problem solver and motivator at the same time. You can imagine the ethic of company that even in the COVID scenario they let me join the company where there are lot of companies are withdrawing the offers. I am really happy and blessed to join Dell.

Cons

Frankly speaking in these 3 months I have never came across any drawback of the company. Yes we are improving every day and that actually make DELL unique.
