1. Campus training is good. as per training On Job Training is provided 2. On the quaterly basis,formal trainings are provided with advanced technologies by Technical Expertise 3. Any skill related Certification will be reimbursed like i got done OCJP(Oracle Certified Java Programmer).

Cons

1. Long working hours only in Dell India Services after August 2014 onwards( 10 hours including break)
