Pros

Full of new opportunities and place to grow. It tries to treasure and keep its talents. It is a fun and global environment to work. It is very good to be able to work with people from all over the world.

Cons

The methods for avaliating individual performance are a not very clear and depends more on your hability to show your tallents than in your talents themselves.

Dell's a great place to work, above the medium salaries but you need to be ok with working after hours and/or weekends.

Pros

Salaries, workmates, ethics, benefits, support from management level professionals, knowledge sharing.

Cons

If working after hours or on weekends is not a problem you'll find it a great place to work. Sometimes you'll do your best and won't be recognized, sometimes you'll help your workmates with their tasks and they will be congratulated while you'll be at stages. Don't mind if somebody else got promotion or a better bonus then yours, it happens a lot there.
