Work life balance, work from home, open for learning and innovation, decent hike at promotion time, you can take full ownership, you can switch your roles internally(different domain) through internal job postings, competitive environment for career growth, Lot of opportunities for corporate social responsibilities, team outing in each quarter, strict ethics policies

Cons

Too much politics at senior level, normal hike is not good, bonus is not good,knowledge sharing is not happening, lot of time goes in call so less time for development work, too much work but very less people for it so lot of work pressure in some quarters, You have to project your work to the senior level and impress them for better career growth, bad canteen food
